Opting for a straightforward approach to songwriting, Joe mixes anti-folk acoustic stylings with the spirit of punk rock, drawing on influences such as Billy Bragg and The Moldy Peaches. Currently based in Reading, Joe writes fractured, poetic lyrics which capture both the mundanity and the beauty of being a human.
